Chicken & Lobster Pot Pie

Friday, May 19
$65.00

There is nothing more soul soothing than fresh hot pastry. With a well chilled, pear-rich white Burgundy (more buttery than honey). Old Fashion pies with amber, glossy tops that shatter at the tap of a spoon stuffed with nuggets of tender torn chicken, herbed veggies & lumps of juicy, sweet lobster. Elevate the ingredients, always use the best when entertaining. Set a beautiful table to match the sexy menu.                                   – Chef Meg

Served with a salad of Frisee dressed with a goat cheese, roasted grapes & toasted almonds in a pink grapefruit Poppy seed dressing.
