One of Chef Andy’s favorite meals to make…..

Fresh Pasta and his very delicious Red Sauce. * Chef Andy will show you how to make homemade Linguini and Red sauce, you will get a chance to roll out the dough.

You will learn the Standard technique for breading your Chicken Cutlet, and proper temperature for the fry pan so as not to burn the chicken but get the bread crumbs nice and crispy.

Add in a fresh salad and vegetable of Chef Andys choice and you have a great comforting meal.

A glass of wine will be served with dinner.

10% off all in store merchandise during class

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
