It’s the end of the week, time to wind down with some homemade Mexican Food and a traditional Margarita.
Guanajuato MX, where Chef Liz is from, brings you this delicious treat for a Friday lunch. Â This region is known for their bread which is why Chef Liz will incorporate Concha (similar to a cupcake) into the menu.
You will start with making Chilaquiles, a combination of eggs, salsa roja, avocado, corn tortilla chips and Chorizo.
Top with Lettuce, Sour Cream, and Queso Fresco.
