We’re putting this class back on the menu for the summer season since it was such a success back in April. I hope you will join us for this unique and delicious Seabass and it’s pairings.
A light participation class for those interested in getting front and center, Chef Dave will assist those interested how to wrap the Sea Bass fillets with Banana leaves, stuffed with plantains, coconut milk, coconut flakes, limes and jalapeños. To accompany the meal, Chef will also prepare a Rice Pilaf, and fresh organic Asparagus.
A glass of wine will be served with this meal.
