We will work in groups and together, we’ll create three show-stopping treats designed to delight:

Chocolate Truffles – Decadent, hand-rolled chocolate ganache truffles, dusted in cocoa powder and finished with a silky smooth texture that melts in your mouth.
Double Chocolate Brownie Cakes with Raspberry Coulis – Rich and fudgy mini brownie cakes made with premium dark chocolate, served warm with a vibrant raspberry coulis for a perfect balance of indulgence and tartness.
Brookies – The best of both worlds—chewy chocolate chip cookie dough swirled with fudgy brownie batter, baked to golden perfection for a soft, gooey center and a crisp edge.
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor, Deb, walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
