Chef Liz will dive into your sweet tooth to show you how to make a French Jelly Roll that will please the pickiest dessert aficionado.
What you’ll learn: The right batter consistency, Â rolling up the cake so it does’t crack, variety of fillings for any occasion.
The class will include a simple salad and a cocktail made with North Shore distillery Spirits.
