Let us do the shopping for your Thanksgiving dinner. Chef Laura will assist you in prepping a complete Thanksgiving meal for 12 people all from scratch.
Orange Sage Brine Turkey with cranberry apple sauce, buttery herb stuffing, sweet and sour Brussel sprouts with chestnuts and grapes, miso butternut squash, and Pumpkin Mousse with Gingersnap crisp.
This class includes a 12-16 lb FRESH (not frozen-ever)Turkey, it feeds 12-15 people or 8 if you want Turkey leftovers.
You will be making your own Orange Sage Brine, you will need to bring a CLEAN cooler to submerge the turkey to take home, about 5 gallons.
All the sides will be available to bring home in Foil containers for Thursday dinner ready to pop in the oven. There will be instructions for all dishes, time and temperature.
Your Thanksgiving meal will feed 12 people.
This class is preparation only. We will provide a glass of wine and some finger food.

Deadline for class registration is November 4th. We must order our turkeys by the end of October.
Please note: One paid seat gets a turkey, two seats two turkeys etc….. “Helpers” are welcome for a $25 fee to be paid at time of class.
