The menu for the class features: Welsh Rarebit (beer and cheese fondue), Mussels Steamed in Lager, Beer Brined Pork Chops with Beer Battered Asparagus and a Cole Slaw that features beer in the slaw dressing. As the evening closes, we will explore how to use beer in a dessert.
