Chef Liz did this class back in early December, it sold out immediately so its time for another one.

This time Chef Liz will be teaching you how to make:

Chocolate Souffle

French Jelly Roll Cake

Mille-Feuille (Napoléons)

What you’ll learn: To get the right consistency in a soufflé batter so it doesn’t fall, rolling a jelly roll so it doesn’t crack, a variety of fillings, making pastry cream from scratch.

This is a light participation class for those interested in getting their hands full of flour.

Coffee and Tea are complimentary. Wine and beer are available for purchase.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
