Dreaming of Spring Cocktail Class
Join us for a fun, interactive discussion with one of the area’s biggest cocktail nerds, Sonja Kassebaum from North Shore Distillery. Sonja will share some great cocktail ideas for the late winter/early spring timeframe, and share some favorite tips for making great drinks at home. You’ll have the opportunity to try several cocktails, and hopefully discover a new favorite or two!
Sonja will bring a wide variety of bar tools and discuss their purpose and use, as well as a variety of spirits and ingredients for cocktail mixing, and you’ll learn about layering flavors and textures to create a delicious experience in a cocktail glass.
Some participation elements, with lots of demonstration and discussion. Class includes light snacks, and five cocktail samples (about 1/3-sized), with optional tastings of some of the spirits used in the class.
