You will be making three different kinds of Empanadas……..
Potato, Chicken and Sweet Pineapple Empanadas, the filling and dough.
This dishes will be served with Spanish rice and a cocktail called Mangonada. Â This is a combination of Mangos, Chamoy and topped with Tajin around the rim of the glass.- a Mexican spice
This is a hands-on class with instruction from Chef Liz.
