Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just love fall flavors, this class is designed for all skill levels. You’ll work alongside fellow dessert lovers, pick up new techniques, and take home recipes you’ll want to make all season long.

Gingerbread Whoopie Pies with Brown Butter Frosting
– Soft, spiced gingerbread cookies sandwich a luscious brown butter frosting for the ultimate autumn treat.
Maple Shortbread Cookies with Chai Spice Icing
– These melt-in-your-mouth shortbread cookies are infused with rich maple syrup and topped with a fragrant chai-spiced icing.
Apple Miso Cobbler
– A sweet and savory spin on a fall classic, this cobbler pairs tender baked apples with a surprising umami kick from white miso, all topped with a golden, buttery crust.
Participation Cooking Class:
Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
