Particiapation
This is a great meal and activity for the whole family.
Everyone will participate in the making of their pizza dough, the use of clay pizza stones, and top their own pizza’s with a variety of toppings we will have available.
You will learn: how to use a clay pizza stone, how to season it, making a crispy crust thats flavorful.
The class will also be making Chicken wings, spicy or not so much spicy, you get to choose.
You will learn: Chef Mario’s favorite wings sauce, best part of the chicken to fry (legs of wings)
A glass of Wine or beer will be served, soda for the kids. Coffee and Tea are complimentary.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
