Create your own ‘fish in parchment’, choosing between a Salmon Fillet, Halibut fillet, or Walleye. Add in your choice of vegetables and a butter/broth/white wine sauce to enjoy your very own creation.
Chef Dave will prepare a Quinoa & Rice Pilaf salad with cranberries and feta, rounding out the meal will be a warm Peach Cobbler.
A glass of wine will be served with this meal.
