Cooking fish can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be!  Wrapping it in parchment paper is a great way to simplify cooking fish, holds in the moisture and helps it turn out perfect every time!  Create your own ‘fish in parchment’, with a fresh Halibut fillet.  Add in your choice of vegetables and a butter/broth/white wine sauce to enjoy your very own creation.

Chef Dave will prepare a Quinoa & Rice Pilaf salad with cranberries and feta, rounding out the meal will be a warm Peach Cobbler.

Reservations can be changed or cancelled for full refund up to 5 days prior to the event date. At 5 days we can only refund 50%, or move your reservation to an already scheduled event that has availability.
