Join us for a lively, hands-on cooking experience where you’ll learn to prepare a bold and delicious Mexican-inspired brunch menu from scratch. Guided by our Chef Instructor Deb Silberstein, you’ll slice, sizzle, and stir your way through classic dishes that are perfect for sharing—along with a refreshing brunch cocktail to sip as you cook!
Menu Highlights:
🌶️ Salsa Roja & Salsa Verde – Master two essential Mexican salsas using fire-roasted ingredients and fresh herbs. Learn the difference between the bold heat of salsa roja and the zesty brightness of salsa verde.
🍳 Chilaquiles – Create this beloved brunch favorite featuring crispy tortillas simmered in salsa, topped with crema, cheese, and a perfectly cooked egg. Comforting, customizable, and utterly satisfying.
🥑 Sun-Dried Tomato & Bacon Guacamole – A smoky, savory twist on the classic dip—this guac is loaded with rich sun-dried tomatoes, crisp bacon, and a hint of lime.
🍺 Michelada – Shake up your own spicy, tangy Michelada—Mexico’s answer to the Bloody Mary—made with beer, lime, spices, and your choice of hot sauce.

Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
