Get ready to be transported to the sun-kissed hills of Piedmont, Italy, where the flavors of the Mediterranean come alive in every bite.  Join us for a culinary journey through the rolling hills of Piedmont, where we’ll discover the art of cooking with Piedmontese peppers, paired with herbed ricotta cheese, crunchy salad with dill, pine nuts, feta, and oregano, and a show-stopping Cast Iron spatchcocked chicken with fennel and citrus slaw. Your taste buds will thank you!  Remember that the true secret to Italian cooking is not just about the ingredients, but about the love and passion that goes into every dish. Participation:  Demonstration/Chef Side Table Event.  Recipes will not be available for this class.  Chef Lee will walk you through every course and give you lots of tips and tricks along the way.  Join us, sit back with a wonderful glass of wine and let Chef Lee cook you an amazing meal!

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.

Lee Kuebler

Chef Lee Kuebler is a long-time Lake County resident, growing up here and raising his family. He is a graduate of the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, has traveled extensively picking up ethnic flavors and cuisines and owned/operated a series of successful restaurants here in Lake County. Chef Lee is the adoring dad of 2 super energetic and wonderful kiddos.
