Flavors of the Mediterranean: A Taste of Italy’s Hidden Gem

Saturday, June 8

Get ready to be transported to the sun-kissed hills of Piedmont, Italy, where the flavors of the Mediterranean come alive in every bite.  Join us for a culinary journey through the rolling hills of Piedmont, where we’ll discover the art of cooking with Piedmontese peppers, paired with herbed ricotta cheese, crunchy salad with dill, pine nuts, feta, and oregano, and a show-stopping Cast Iron spatchcocked chicken with fennel and citrus slaw. Your taste buds will thank you!  Remember that the true secret to Italian cooking is not just about the ingredients, but about the love and passion that goes into every dish. Buon appetito, and we’ll see you at this amazing cooking class!

Participation:  Demonstration/Chef Side Table Event.  Recipes will not be available for this class.  Chef Lee will walk you through every course and give you lots of tips and tricks along the way.  Join us, sit back with a wonderful glass of wine and let Chef Lee cook you an amazing meal!
