French Pastries

Growing up in Canada with English Grandparents, French pastries were the preferred dessert of choice.  A cup of tea and a pastry was an everyday occurance.  You will be surprised at how easy these three desserts are to make.

The pastry dough is cooked while it’s being made,  pipe the dough out of a pastry bag to create the preferred shape,  Bake, cool and fill is all there is too it.  Chef Laura will assist you making your own ‘show stopping’ pastries, along with that delicious pastry creme that is the traditional filling for all three desserts.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
