From Scratch: Italian Pasta Dinner

Join Chef Mario for an engaging and delicious cooking class where you’ll learn how to make three mouthwatering dishes from scratch! First, we’ll dive into a flavorful Farfalle Pasta with Italian sausage, tender broccoli, and a rich, homemade pesto sauce. Next, we will teach you how to prepare the classic Fettuccini all’Amatriciana, one of the secrets to perfect Italian pasta, a comforting dish with a savory tomato sauce, sweet cherry tomatoes, crispy pancetta, and a touch of chili flakes for heat. To round out the meal, you’ll master the art of creating a refreshing Caesar Salad, complete with the most delicious crunchy homemade croutons you. By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills to bring these Italian favorites to life in your own kitchen. Buon appetito!

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
