Gale Gand is an American pastry chef, cookbook author, and television personality. She has been an executive pastry chef at several high end restaurants in the United States and has won several James Beard Foundation Awards for her work. We are so grateful that she continues to share her passion for pastries through teaching at The Joyful Gourmet!
Get ready for the most American holiday of all, Thanksgiving. Chef Gale will teach 3 new side dishes and one dessert perfect for your holiday table or to bring to a family or friends gathering, all with do-ahead and travel tips. Tastes will be provided during class.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
