We’ve made pasta over the past year, stuffed, rolled, layered, and boiled. Â Today we’re making homemade Gnoochi, another Italian favorite with the help of Chef Andy.
A simple process of Potatoes, flour and Eggs, yet it turns into these delicate little pillows. Chef Andy will walk you though the steps to put your own together.
An Arugula Pesto and mushrooms will bring the Gnoochi together. Â For those protein lovers, we will have Sausage to add in to the pesto.
And to finish of the plate, Winter Squash and Broccoli
There will be some hands-on in the beginning of class, then sit back and enjoy the experience as Chef Andy puts together the rest of your meal.
A glass of wine will be served with dinner.
