A great summer menu thats easy!

Participation: Hands on Prep work

Menu:

  • Gazpacho Soup
  • Halibut with Lemon caper sauce
  • Poached plums and cherry salad
  • Asparagus

What you will learn:

  • The difference between Gazpacho soup and Salsa
  • Poaching fruit, a great way to keep it light during the summer
  • Knife skills with prepping the soup
  • Filleting a halibut

A glass of wine and charcuterie board will be served. Coffee and Tea are complimentary.
