A throwback to days past, but so delicious… Enjoy a pre-holiday meal consisting of Beef Wellington, a beef tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry and layers of pâté, duxelles (a finely chopped mushroom mixture), roasted asparagus and Duxelle potatoes. Pairs so well with a nice red. And don’t forget to save room for Creme Brulee! This is a participation class for those that want to help.  Come hungry!
