Greek culture goes back thousands of years, and with that bring and enormously rich and diverse food culture. Greece is known for its amazing lamb and pork, bountiful fresh seafood and rich spice history given it’s location along the ancient Silk Road trade routes.
Chef Mario will demonstrate Greek cuisine for this dinner events – some traditional sauces and sides, but featuring internationally favorite Greek Gyros. You will walk away with recipes and Chef Mario’s tips and techniques for Greek seasoning, how to make traditional Tzatziki and Harissa sauces, seasoning and cooking traditional Gyro meat – all while enjoying a superb meal and a fantastic evening out.
