Japanese Souffle Pancakes vs Traditional Pancakes

Saturday, June 22

Pancakes are a universal breakfast treat across cultures, each with its unique style and taste. Join us for an immersive culinary journey as we delve into the art of creating the traditional fluffy tall cakes known as “souffle” pancakes in Japan, also referred to as “fuwa fuwa” for their irresistibly light texture. Explore and savor two other style pancakes – traditional buttermilk and hearty healthy high-protein oat pancakes. Indulge in a variety of brunch sides and pair your creations with a selection of premium Runamok syrups from Vermont. To top it all off, enjoy a complimentary Mimosa during the event, with additional options available for purchase at the wine bar. Join us for a morning filled with pancakes, fun, and flavorful delights – reserve your spot now!
