Hone in on those knife skills as we learn the basics of using a knife properly and safely.

Participation: This is a hands on class, each person will be handling a knife. We have a variety of knife sizes for people to try. You are welcome to bring your own knives to use in class.
You will learn:
- Types of knives, what you should have in your drawer
- Brands of knives
- Care of your knife
- Types of cuts- dicing, slicing, mincing
- Types of cuts for different application
