Knife Skills Class: Slice, Dice & Sharpen Your Technique
Ready to level up your kitchen confidence? In this hands-on class, you’ll learn essential knife techniques—from proper grip and slicing to dicing, julienning, and more. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class will have you chopping like a pro in no time. We’ll wrap up by enjoying the fruits (or vegetables!) of your labor featuring your freshly prepped ingredients.
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
All tools included! You may bring your own knives if you prefer.
Menu: Refine your knife skills while preparing tomato vegetable soup and hummus that will be served to eat at the end of class – Recipes provided to practice your skills and recreate at home.
