Knife Skills Class: Slice, Dice & Sharpen Your Technique
Ready to level up your kitchen confidence? In this hands-on class, you’ll learn essential knife techniques—from proper grip and slicing to dicing, julienning, and more. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class will have you chopping like a pro in no time. We’ll wrap up by enjoying the fruits (or vegetables!) of your labor featuring your freshly prepped ingredients.
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way. Refine your knife skills while preparing tomato vegetable soup and hummus that will be served to eat at the end of class
All tools included! You may bring your own knives if you prefer.
