Comfort food during the colder months is just that comfort food. It warms the souls and can bring back memories of when you first tasted it and fell in love. I bet if you put your mind to it you too can remember those moments. I think this is one of those meals.
Macaroni and Cheese is a dish everyone loves but why not take it to the next level of fantastic by adding Lump Lobster meat baked in Garlic, Lemon and Herb Bread Crumbs. Oh my goodness that sounds good! Chef Andy will show you how, and give you more great dished to round out this meal, Endive & Citrus Salad, and Roasted Broccolini with lemon & Garlic. This class will fill up fast so get your seat front and center.
