It’s not just WHAT you eat, it’s WHO you are as an eater that makes the biggest difference at home plate!  Explore the 11 “Diamond Dimensions” of MindBody Nutrition while learning how to make 3 fabulous, seasonal farmer’s market dishes with Chef Lindsey. More importantly, let’s destress! Let’s heal and reconnect to our bodies, to our minds and to the pleasure of eating together… just in time for the weekend!
Menu:
Three Sisters Gazpacho Soup
Salad – A Farmers Market Surprise (what interesting things can Lindsey find at the market)
Individual Charcuterie boards with Shrimp, served with Lindseys Carrot Top Pesto
A glass of wine will be served with your lunch

Lindsey Shifley of More Guts More Glory Pitching & Wellness and Compass Hiking and Yoga Retreats is an energetic fastpitch softball pitching coach, chef, speaker, wife, and mother of 3 who wholeheartedly believes, “It all starts at home plate”. In 2012, she began sharing her adventures in food education as a Global Super Ambassador representing the USA for Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution. Lindsey is a certified MindBody Eating Coach from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating (@eatingpsychology Boulder, CO) with a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Pathology from Northwestern University ‘99.
