Light Participation (Not Required)
Join us for an evening of traditional, delicious Mexican food! Chef Liz will be guiding participants through the making of Flautas & Street Corn. The cocktail of the night will be Ranch Water, similar to a margarita with a few fun differences. Learn all about these classic and tasty dishes from our very talented Chef Liz as she cooks and guides you through prep. The work will all be worth it once you get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Prefer to just watch and listen? That’s fine too! You will still get to eat a fresh, homemade meal with friends.
Flautas: Chicken Tacos and Potato Tacos rolled and deep fried with (optional) sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
Street Corn: Corn on the cob made with Queso Fresco cheese, Chipotle spices and lime.
Ranch Water: Similar to a margarita with a slight difference, yet still delicious – everyone will make their own!
Coffee, water and tea are complimentary. Participants receive 10% off all in store purchases during the class!
