The distinguishable factor in a mole is Mexican chocolate, the variety of Mole is determined by the other ingredients such as chili’s and spices. Chef Dave will introduce you to three varieties of moles and pairing them with their suited proteins to bring you a really delicious Mexican meal.
Prepared as a Mole Flight, Chef Dave will create a green, red and orange Mole served with Chicken, Pork, and Skirt Steak along with Caldo de Camaron soup which is a soup made of shrimp, potato’s, avocado and limes. To round out this meal will be a traditional Caramel Flan.
A glass of Wine will be served with the meal.
