Middle Eastern Winter Feast
Join us for a hands-on culinary adventure with our Middle Eastern Winter Feast cooking class—an evening designed to be fun, flavorful, and shared with friends. Together, we’ll explore vibrant seasonal ingredients and warming spices as you learn to craft a full festive menu from start to finish.
Guided by Chef Gina, with middle eastern roots, you’ll roast colorful winter vegetables, roll tender lamb meatballs with a tangy yogurt drizzle, and master the balance of bright lemon and earthy sumac in a perfectly caramelized cauliflower dish. You’ll also prepare a fragrant chestnut and apricot pilaf and finish the night with a rich tahini hot chocolate topped with cardamom-whipped cream.

Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.
