The evening begins with a Mixed Greens Salad accented with shaved carrot, edamame, and a bright sesame vinaigrette. The main course features soy-caramel–glazed salmon, served alongside creamy coconut rice and vibrant yuzu-kissed snap peas. To finish, indulge in a refined dessert of vanilla mochi cake topped with matcha white chocolate mousse, plum wine–marinated strawberries, and a lemon thyme shortbread crumble.
