Let’s face it, we ate too much over the holidays so it’s time to get back on track……at least for me. Chef Laura and I chatted about what would be interesting yet healthy and really flavorful…….WHA-LAA…..Salmon Grain bowls. Â You will learn to sear salmon, and talk about the differences in all those grains we see on the store shelves. Â You get to create your own bowl so there will be plenty of savory goodies to top the grains with. Â Add in ginger sesame dressing and Chef Laura’s Miso Glazed sweet Potatoes and you’ve just created a sweet & savory healthy bowl you can make at home. Â This can be made without the salmon for those vegans and vegetarians, or add chicken for the meat eater. It’s a very versatile dish.
