Pork Chop Perfection

Pork should be tender and juicy, like a perfectly cooked steak!   Chef Andy will host this demonstration class, talking through the technique of brining your chops and cooking to perfection.   This will be a demonstration class (not so much participation) – but you will walk away with the tips and tricks of serving great pork, and enjoy a fantastic meal as part of your evening!  Pork chop over creamy polenta, sauteed swiss chard. Pan sauce. Served with a glass of wine.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
