Sweet spring starts in the kitchen — come find the goodies that brighten every day.

Pub-Style Twists on Irish Classics🍀

Tuesday, March 17
$89.00

Join Chef Dave for a festive night while we simmer an Irish Beef Stew inspired by the rustic flavors of Ireland — rich, savory, and perfect for early spring gatherings. Alongside it, you’ll bake warm, tender Dr. Pete’s Irish soda bread, ideal for soaking up every last spoonful.

For a playful pub-style twist, we’re making Irish Potato Nachos — crispy roasted potato slices layered with shredded Dubliner, smoky bacon bits, and sautéed cabbage, broiled until melty and irresistible.

We’ll also prepare a quick and tangy pickled cabbage, lightly cured in white vinegar with salt and peppercorns — the perfect bright bite to balance all that cozy richness.

No stress, no overwhelming techniques — just great food, good company, and plenty of laughs. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just in it for the fun, you’ll leave with new skills, festive recipes, and a taste of Ireland to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in style

Food is my life! I attended culinary school at the College of Dupage, received a bachelor degree in Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and masters in Education from Kaplan University. After a restaurant circuit I’ve been executive chef for various companies and institutions. I am currently a director of Food Service at a retirement home and I still teach culinary arts at the college of Lake County - which I love. I’ve traveled extensively and love picking up cooking techniques and flavors. There’s almost nothing I can’t cook but my favorite is classical French. I love cooking, teaching and sharing a great evening with our guests!
