Ramon Restaurants seem to be popping up all over the place, its clearly what’s popular these days.

Is it the noodle or the chicken broth that makes this dish is such demand, but who has time to make the broth or the noodles? Chef Laura will teach you how to make the broth and what type of noodles to buy and where to buy. It’s a great soup for our cold winters here in the midwest.

We will have a variety of ingredients for you to create your own unique bowl: shredded chicken, enoki mushrooms, zucchini, scallions, soft boiled eggs.
