Is it the noodle or the chicken broth that makes this dish is such demand, but how has time to make the broth or the noodles? Chef Laura will teach you how to make the broth and what type of noodles to buy and where to buy. It’s a great soup for our cold winters here in the midwest.
We will have a variety of ingredients for you to create your own unique bowl:Â shredded chicken, enoki mushrooms, zucchini, scallions, soft boiled eggs.
Tea and coffee will be available.
