Learning to make pasta is always a fun class! Come get your hands dirty and learn how to make two delicious dishes: butternut squash ravioli and fettuccine with oven-baked tomato sauce and Italian sausage. We will start by making homemade pasta dough and then fill it with a delicious butternut squash mixture. For the second dish, we will slow roast fresh tomatoes to create a flavorful tomato sauce. We will also cook up some spicy Italian sausage to add to the fettuccine. By the end of the class, you will have two restaurant-quality dishes that are sure to impress your friends and family!
