I love going to those omelet stations where you get to choose your ingredients and the chef makes me ‘my’ omelet. Â We wanted to bring this to you for a morning breakfast class.
Chef Laura will have a variety of fresh vegetables, don’t forget cheese (s), bacon and sausage to add to those Free Range eggs we’ll be serving.
There will homemade Blueberry Lemon Muffins with a cake crumble on top….hot out of the oven, and Oven baked Winter Vegetable Hash which everyone loves around here, it’s a dish packed full of flavor and color. Â This Hash is a great accompaniment to the Omelet and muffins.
There will be Orange Juice, Coffee and Tea.
