Nothing tastes better than the fresh herbs from your gardens and in AUG you are sure to have plenty of them! Make the most of your garden’s harvest by joining award winning Chef Matt Zagorski for this fresh HANDS-ON class.  The recipes for this class include an enticing new spin on a Caprese salad – a Caprese Tart!, a comforting and easy Herb Crusted Pork Loin with a Blueberry Gastrique (sauce) over Rosemary and Potato Hash, a classic Chicken with Tarragon Cream Sauce. In addition to the recipes, the history and interesting facts about each herb will be discussed. Summer never tasted so good!
