At the Joyful Gourmet we strive to bring new and exciting dished to create a unique experience and this is no exception.
Chef Dave will pan sear (ocean to table) scallops, to be apart of a simple Bouillabaisee make with tomatoes, green peppers, onion, and celery. Added to the meal will be a variation of ‘dirty rice’, and a Bok choy salad with grilled fruit and a cilantro-lime vinaigrette.
This meal will be served with a glass of wine.
