There is something very comforting about Shrimp and Pasta. Â With the right sauce, and right combinations of herbs, I find a dish like this so satisfying. Chef Jack will teach you how to make your own fettuccini from scratch……rolling it out and using our hand crank pasta machine to produce perfect noodles every time. Â Pasta is really quite an easy thing to make, you can prepare the dough ahead of time putting it in the fridge or freezer for later use. Â Let it come to room temp and you have ready made pasta……and there is nothing like homemade pasta.
Adding in a Fennel Cream Sauce is a nice combination for the shrimp, it’s not too sweet or savory to take away the flavors of the sautéed shrimp.  We use fresh Jumbo Shrimp that is full of flavor and doesn’t  disappear into the sauce. Chef Jack will show you how to make the perfect shrimp for any dish or for Shrimp cocktail.
A fall Salad with squash, feta and a sweet vinaigrette will accompany this dinner.
A glass of Wine and a small charcuterie board will served with dinner.
