Here’s your opportunity to learn how to make fresh Sourdough bread from a starter.
Chef Laura will teach you how to get your own starter going, how to ‘feed’ the starter daily, and on the 7th day get the started ready for making a loaf of bread.
The class comes with a Jar Kit. We will have all your ingredients for you to measure, complete directions will go home with you along with the kits and starter already fermenting inside.
What you’ll learn: Making a sourdough starter from start to finish, tips if something seems wrong.
Chef Laura will have a freshly baked loaf for you to enjoy along with some flavored butters to spread on the hot loaf. There is nothing like homemade bread, so please join us for this unique and fun class.
