Sourdough Bread Class
Join us for a hands-on sourdough experience where you’ll learn the art of creating beautiful, homemade bread from scratch. In this class, we’ll walk through the full process—from understanding and feeding your starter to mixing, shaping, and preparing your dough for baking.
Whether you’re brand new or looking to grow your skills, you’ll gain the confidence to bake sourdough at home with ease. We’ll cover practical tips, techniques, and troubleshooting so you can succeed in your own kitchen.
You’ll enjoy fresh sourdough during class and leave with your own dough ready to bake at home, plus the knowledge to continue your sourdough journey.
Participation Cooking Class: Aprons and workstations will be set up for you while your Chef-Instructor walks you through each course and giving you lots of tips and tricks along the way.

Daily Rise Loaf was born out of the belief that bread should nourish, not burden. After struggling with bloating and digestive issues, I discovered the gentle goodness of sourdough and began baking loaves that brought true relief and wellness. What started as a personal healing journey has grown into a mission: to share bread that supports healthier digestion, fuels daily life, and reminds us that simple, natural food can make all the difference.
