Embark on a culinary journey through the flavors of South Florida’s finest seafood delights with Chef Lee featuring succulent Florida stone crab claws and decadent blackened grouper. Indulge in the tropical paradise of key lime pie for dessert and experience a dining experience that will leave your taste buds dancing with delight!

Participation: Chef Demonstration/Chef Side Table Event.  Recipes will not be available for tonight but the Chef will walk you through each menu and give you lots of tips and tricks along the way.

  • Florida Stone Crab Claws with Cocktail Sauce and Mustard Sauce
  • Blackened Grouper with Mango Beurre Blanc and Forbidden Black Rice
  • Key Lime Pie

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.

Lee Kuebler

Chef Lee Kuebler is a long-time Lake County resident, growing up here and raising his family. He is a graduate of the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, has traveled extensively picking up ethnic flavors and cuisines and owned/operated a series of successful restaurants here in Lake County. Chef Lee is the adoring dad of 2 super energetic and wonderful kiddos.
