- Chile Rellanos – a Poblano chili stuffed with cheese and spices,
- Posole – Mexican comfort food, a stew with savory spices, beef and chiles
- Mexican version of Creme Brule – the Flan.
This meal is served with one glass of wine or beer and a small charcuterie board. Additional wine by the glass or beers available for purchase – try one of our outstanding wines!
