Arroz Con Pollo – a rice dish with chicken, Chile Rellanos – a Poblano chili stuffed with cheese and spices, Posole – Mexican comfort food, a stew with savory spices, beef and chiles….and lets not forget a traditional dessert, the Mexican version of Creme Brule – the Flan. This meal is served with one glass of wine.
