Paella is a Valencian word that means frying pan from which the dish gets its name. A staple in Spain, Chef Dave will create this traditional dish using a variety of seafood- shrimp, mussels, and lobster as its main ingredient. Along with these staples, the dish also contains Rice which is braised to give a pilaf texture, too that you add garlic, tomatoes, saffron, onion, peas, Chorizo and broth. Buttermilk Herb biscuits, and a Cherries Jubilee with complete with savory dish.
A glass of wine will be served with this meal.
