St. Patricks Day Dinner

Friday, March 17

Break out the Green socks or if you’re feeling more adventurous the Green Suit to join Chef Mario tonight for a classic Irish celebration dinner…..its you’re lucky night.

Many of you may consider only buying corn beef at the deli and not even attempt to make cooked cabbage.  You are in for a treat as Chef Mario will teach you all about the fine art of cooking a Corn beef brisket and roasting cabbage, it’s a traditional pairing for this Irish night.

You will also learn to make Dilled carrots, Crispy Potatoes, and an Irish Pub salad. I think after tonight this dinner will join the many others on your list as the new ‘comfort food’.

A glass of wine will accompany dinner. We will also be offering a beer pairing is you choose to partake.

10% off all in store merchandise during class.
