Break out the Green socks or if you’re feeling more adventurous the Green Suit to join Chef Mario tonight for a classic Irish celebration dinner…..its you’re lucky night.
Many of you may consider only buying corn beef at the deli and not even attempt to make cooked cabbage. Â You are in for a treat as Chef Mario will teach you all about the fine art of cooking a Corn beef brisket and roasting cabbage, it’s a traditional pairing for this Irish night.
You will also learn to make Dilled carrots, Crispy Potatoes, and an Irish Pub salad. I think after tonight this dinner will join the many others on your list as the new ‘comfort food’.
A glass of wine will accompany dinner. We will also be offering a beer pairing is you choose to partake.

If you cannot make your reservation, we do encourage you to attempt to find someone that would enjoy attending. We can only issue a credit for you to attend a future event (6 month expiration). Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit as we’ve already incurred food and help costs.
